buongiorno, penso che Conga, le abbia raccontato l’incontro avuto ieri con me, la sua responsabile e la sua collega. Pensiamo che Conga possa diventare una risorsa preziosa, ma oggi a distanza di un mese e mezzo, siamo molto preoccupate per la comprensione della nostra lingua e della difficoltà di Conga di esprimersi in italiano. Purtroppo questo diventa un handicap anche per la gestione del lavoro che Conga deve svolgere:
* relazionarsi con le colleghe: Non comunica e a volte serve invece che comprenda in generale ciò che riguarda l ambiente lavorativo
* Orlatura: non si confronta con la collega che le insegna a migliorare qualità e quantità . Né si esprime né capisce ciò che le viene spiegato
* portale presenze e regolamenti interni: il 00/0 si terrà la giornata formativa per l'onboarding dove spiegheremo i regolamenti interni e l'utilizzo e le regole delle richieste ferie, permessi ecc. attraverso l'applicativo ADP.
Abbiamo chiesto a Conga di chiedere a lei ed ai figli di parlare in italiano a casa per aiutarla il più possibile.
Per la richiesta di ferie delle quattro settimane non ci sono problemi, Maura, la sua responsabile, le ha già autorizzate come da messaggio ricevuto da Conga.
Nessuna novità rispetto al mio ultimo messaggio ma ci tenevo ad informarla della nostra preoccupazione e della nostra speranza che a settembre Conga possa avere un linguaggio ed una comprensione più fluida della nostra lingua.

Good morning, I think Conga told you about the meeting she had yesterday with me, her manager, and her colleague. We think Conga could become a valuable resource, but today, a month and a half later, we are very concerned about her understanding of our language and Conga's difficulty expressing herself in Italian. Unfortunately, this also becomes a handicap for managing the work that Conga has to do:
* relating to colleagues: She doesn't communicate and sometimes it is necessary for her to have a general understanding of what concerns the work environment
* Hemming: She doesn't interact with her colleague who is teaching her how to improve quality and quantity. She neither expresses herself nor understands what is being explained to her
* attendance portal and internal regulations: the onboarding training day will be held on July 00th, where we will explain the internal regulations and the use and rules for requests for vacation, leave, etc. through the ADP application.
We asked Conga to ask her and her children to speak Italian at home to help her as much as possible.
There are no problems with the request for the four weeks of leave; Maura, her manager, has already authorized them, as per the message Conga received.
Nothing new since my last message, but I wanted to let you know of our concern and our hope that by September Conga will have a more fluent understanding of our language.
