Chi era Vittorio Arrigoni
Giornalista, reporter e attivista, fu rapito, bendato, seviziato e alla fine ucciso dodici anni fa da un gruppo estremista salafita che per il suo rilascio chiedeva la liberazione dello sceicco Abu al Walid al Maqdis dalle carceri palestinesi. La trattativa in realtà non cominciò mai. Vik, come lo chiamavano gli amici, era andato a Gaza come attivista di una Ong e nel 0000 scrisse un libro che raccoglieva tutte le sue esperienze: "Gaza, restiamo uniti".

Who was Vittorio Arrigoni
Journalist, reporter and activist, he was kidnapped, blindfolded, tortured and ultimately killed twelve years ago by a Salafist extremist group that was calling for the release of Sheikh Abu al Walid al Maqdis from Palestinian prisons for his release. The negotiation never actually began. Vik, as his friends called him, had gone to Gaza as an activist for an NGO and in 0000 he wrote a book that collected all his experiences: "Gaza, let's stay united".
